Grant is a seasoned producer and fixer with a knack for bringing stories to life—whether it’s a fast-paced reality shoot, a heartfelt documentary, or a polished commercial. With a strong eye for detail and a calm, can-do approach, he’s helped international crews navigate Japan’s production landscape smoothly and creatively. Grant loves the challenge of making the impossible possible, and he’s all about keeping things collaborative, efficient, and story-first.

As co-founder of Frogmilk, Honami is a bilingual line producer with extensive experience managing international productions across Japan. She oversees everything from budgeting and scheduling to local logistics and official coordination, ensuring that each shoot is grounded, compliant, and efficient.
With a clear communication style and a practical, hands-on approach, she excels at bridging both cultural and procedural differences between Japanese systems and overseas crews. Whether working under tight deadlines or navigating complex requirements, she brings productions to life—on time, on budget, and with confidence.
